BOOKINGS
Bookings are essential for all events and accommodation. Please contact the Horse Whispering Lodge office, as above or email us now.

Booking information is as follows:

ORGANISATIONAL & PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS
Full amount payable in advance per our Workshop Booking Agreement. 50% deposit is payable at time of booking. Balance is payable fourteen (14) days prior to event. Cancellation of event will forfeit deposit.

TOURISM DEMONSTRATIONS
Fee payable at time of booking.

NATURAL HORSEMANSHIP TUITION
Workshops - payable in advance.   Private/group tuition - all weekend tuition is payable in advance.
Refunds do not apply.  Transfer of booking considered under special circumstances.

ACCOMMODATION/TUITION PACKAGES
Confirmation of booking requires 50% deposit. Late cancellation will forfeit deposit. (Bookings cancelled within 14 days of the intended date of stay will forfeit deposit).

HORSE/GEAR HIRE
When using a loan horse for workshops or private tuition a hiring fee does apply. This fee is a maximum charge of $25 per day.

WE HAVE EFTPOS FACILITIES AND ACCEPT VISA, MASTERCARD, BANKCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DINERS CLUB.

HORSE WHISPERING LODGE IS A SMOKE FREE ENVIRONMENT.

Please note: As Horse Whispering Lodge is primarily an outdoor venue, the weather may interfere with some of our events. On these occasions we reserve the right to cancel or transfer any events. As an alternative we may liaise with the client or booking agent to change the format of the event, the cost possibly being at a reduced rate.
